Golden Milk

Golden Milk has many great benefits since it contains, turmeric, ginger and cinnamon.

It has powerful antioxidants, helps reduce inflammation, relieves joint pain, brain and memory function, improve digestion, reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease, antiviral properties, reduce anxiety and depression, and lower blood sugars.

Golden Milk Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups milk of your choice

1 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of black pepper

1 tsp of honey or pure maple syrup to sweeten

Combine all ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes, pour and enjoy. It can be served hot or chilled over ice.
