Evolving Fitness
I love that there are so many fitness options today. At home fitness has become very popular. Especially, for the busy working world, stay home moms and for the the group of people that would rather work out in the comfort of their own home and don’t like to workout with others watching.
Some options are; an at home gym, fitness machines that have monthly subscriptions to stream live classes, fitness networks that you can subscribe to through your cable provider, fitness apps and YouTube.
It is easy to find different types of fitness, based on areas of the body you would like to focus on and determine the length of time of your workout. it’s great because you can pretty much do it anywhere if you have a phone, tablet, smart television, computer or laptop
Boutique fitness has also become very popular. I love that you can now choose the type of exercise that suits you best in a smaller setting. There are so many different places to choose from, such as, yoga, pilates, versa-climber, boxing, spinning, barre, circuit training, boot camp, cross fit and many more.
Many of the different boutique fitness chains have their own unique style and branding, with different amenities included in the membership to fit your need.
Most have a trial period that is either free or at a discounted price.
I personal like to follow many of them on social media to see what they have to offer, the newest fitness craze and to keep up with anything promotions or specials.
Any type of exercise is great for the mind as well as the body.
It is important to find which type of workout is best for you so it will keep you motivated, fit and healthy! Best of Luck!
